Activity Tuesday: Belmont Mansion

This week we headed to the Belmont Mansion, on the campus of Belmont University.

 

Their website says it's largest house museum in Tennessee. I didn't read this before we went, but I was thinking it throughout the tour. It's huge! I was impressed with amount the original furniture they had in the house and the collections of China they still had. The docents were extremely knowledgeable and easily answered some of Ryan's odd-ball questions. Maevy did pretty well, but we had to bail a little early as it neared her naptime.

 

We forgot the camera at the Mansion, but remembered it later that night out at our 1st ever S'More Party. She looks pretty excited, right? Yum.
